GENERAL
• By commissioning me, you agree to these terms.
• I may decline any commission for any reason.
• Commissions are for personal use only.PAYMENT
• Payment options:
• 100% after sketch or
• 50% after sketch + 50% after final
• Payment via PayPal only.
• Prices are in USD/PHP, non-negotiable.
• Do not send payment until I confirm your slot.PROCESS & REVISIONS
• Turnaround: 1 day to 3 months, depending on complexity and workload.
• Progress updates at: sketch, lineart, base colors.
• Major changes (pose, composition) → sketch stage only.
• Minor changes (colors, small details) → coloring stage.
• Characters cannot be changed once work has started.DELIVERY
• Digital file only (up to 2000×2000 px).
• Sent via Email or Discord.
• Transparent PNG available on request.
• No physical items will be shipped.CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
• Please notify me ASAP if you need to cancel.
• Full refund if work hasn’t started.
• Partial refund if work has started (based on progress).
• No refunds after completion.COPYRIGHT AND USAGE
I (the artist):
• Keep the rights to the artwork itself.
• May post the artwork in my portfolio or social media.
• Do not claim ownership of your characters.
• Will not resell or profit from the artwork.You (the client):
• Own your characters.
• May use the artwork for personal use (icons, wallpapers, personal prints).
• May post it online with credit.
• May not:
• Claim the art as your own
• Remove my signature/watermark
• Edit the artwork without permission
• Use it commercially or for profitPRIVACY
